Stainless Steel-Filled Polytetrafluoroethylene
Sheets | Rods | Tubes | Custom Machined Components
Stainless Steel-Filled PTFE is an advanced compound in which fine stainless steel powder — typically 316L or 304 grade — is uniformly blended into the PTFE matrix before compression moulding.
This combination delivers the highest compressive strength and hardness achievable in a PTFE compound while fully retaining PTFE's core attributes: chemical inertness, non-stick surface, and wide operating temperature range.
Compared to bronze-filled PTFE — the traditional choice for high-load applications — SS-filled PTFE offers a critical advantage in chemically aggressive environments. Stainless steel does not corrode in contact with most process chemicals, making this grade ideal for corrosive fluid systems, aggressive acids, and applications where metallic contamination from bronze is unacceptable (pharmaceutical, food, high-purity chemical service).

Turcite-Engineered Bearing & Slideway Material
Rods | Tubes | Skived Rolls | Strips | Custom Machined Components
Turcite® is a registered trade name for a range of PTFE-based composite materials specifically engineered for bearing, slideway, and low-friction guide applications. Unlike standard PTFE, Turcite® is compounded with functional fillers and processed to deliver significantly improved load-bearing capacity, dimensional stability, and wear resistance — while retaining PTFE's essential properties of chemical resistance, low friction, and wide temperature performance.
Turcite® is available in multiple colour-coded grades, each optimised for a specific combination of load, speed, lubrication condition, and environment. The three principal grades — Green, Brown, and Red — cover the majority of industrial slideway, bearing, and dynamic sealing applications. Each grade is supplied as rods, tubes, and skived rolls or strips, and can be precision-machined into finished components.

UHMW-PE (PE 1000)– Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene
Sheets | Rods | Profiles | Custom Machined Components
UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), also known as PE 1000, is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic known for its extremely high molecular weight, resulting in exceptional wear resistance and impact strength. It is widely used in applications where abrasion resistance, low friction, and long service life are critical.
In solid form, UHMW-PE is available as sheets, rods, and custom profiles for machining and fabrication. It is extensively used in high-wear environments such as conveyor systems, liners, chutes, guide rails, and impact plates. Its ultra-low coefficient of friction allows smooth sliding performance, making it ideal for material handling and packaging industries.
UHMW-PE exhibits excellent chemical resistance and virtually zero moisture absorption, ensuring dimensional stability even in wet or corrosive environments.
